If the request is viable, IBS analyzes all financial data, the personal financial condition of guarantors and provides a full credit narrative with recommendations to the credit union in considerable detail. The loan decision then ultimately lies with the credit union.

Commercial Real Estate Appraisal and Environmental Due Diligence Ordering and Review

IBS provides a CRE appraisal and environmental due diligence service and reviews compliant with state and federal guidelines.

Loan Portfolio Services

Since most credit unions do not have business modules on their core systems, booking, administration, monitoring, and reporting can be difficult and confusing. Attempting to book business loans to a mortgage system or other module can create interest accrual issues. Rather than risk accruing interest in a manner not consistent with the Promissory Note or incurring other problems, IBS has a business loan core system capable of handling the most complex of business credits. The core system utilized by IBS is the PCFS 2000 loan software application. More importantly, IBS has the business lending operations expertise to ensure proper booking, accrual, monitoring, and reporting of business loans. The loan portfolio services include:

  • Book loans to the CUSO loan core system
  • Bill Members with associated P&I breakdown
  • Facilitate member payments at credit union location(s)
  • Provide weekly payments to the credit union with P&I breakdown
  • Constant MBL monitoring
  • Monthly accounting and detailed reports
